Harderwold Villa Resort House Rules

Welcome to Harderwold Villa Resort. To ensure that everyone can enjoy their stay at the resort, we kindly ask you to respect our house rules. Together, we can help create a pleasant and relaxing stay for all guests.

Smoking is prohibited inside the villas

Smoking is permitted outdoors. Please dispose of used cigarettes in the trash can before your departure. A fee of €250 will be charged if smoking indoors is detected.

Quiet Hours at the Resort

From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, we ask that you respect the quiet hours on the resort grounds. In the event of noise disturbances, security may address the issue with you, and continued disturbances may result in removal from the premises. If security personnel must be called in response to a report of a disturbance, €90 will be deducted from your security deposit for each report. Repeated violations may ultimately result in removal from the park or termination of your stay.

Villas with a Jacuzzi or hot tub

Use of the jacuzzi and hot tub between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is not permitted. This is to prevent noise disturbances.

Large groups

Larger groups may cause a disturbance to nearby residents. We ask that you be mindful of this and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

Parking

You may park no more than the specified number of cars at the rented villa.
Additional cars must be parked at the brasserie/reception area. Parking cars on the road or on the grass is not permitted.

Dogs on a Leash

Please bring dog waste bags with you when walking your dog so that you can clean up any waste immediately.
Dogs must always be kept on a leash and are not allowed to roam freely.

Golf Course

It is not permitted to walk or bike on the golf course’s walking path. The golf course is not a designated area for walking your dog.
