Harderwold Villa Resort
Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

You can find our terms and conditions here; we use the terms and conditions drawn up by the trade association Recron-Hiswa.

Cancellation Policy
We believe flexible cancellation terms are important, which is why we deviate from Article 6 of the general industry terms and conditions.

  • You can cancel your reservation with us free of charge up to 2 months before your arrival date. In that case, you’ll receive a refund—even without giving a reason.
  • You can also rebook free of charge up to 1 month before arrival. You will then receive a voucher for the full amount of your paid travel sum.

These cancellation terms apply only to bookings made through www.harderwoldvillaresort.nl.

Deposit Policy

At Harderwold, we require a security deposit of €250 per reservation to ensure the quality of our luxury amenities. We kindly ask you to pay this amount no later than five days before arrival. After your stay, we will refund the deposit to your account within seven business days, provided the accommodation and facilities are left in good condition. Please note that if you smoke inside the villa, the full deposit will be forfeited.

In the rare event that damage or loss is discovered, we will always contact you first. After a thorough investigation and in consultation with you, we may decide to withhold all or part of the security deposit to cover the costs. In this way, we work together to ensure a high-quality experience for all guests at Harderwold.

Use of Facilities, Equipment, and Amenities
In addition to these terms and conditions, it is expressly stipulated that the use of Harderwold’s facilities, equipment, and amenities is entirely at your own risk. Harderwold accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage resulting from the use of the facilities, equipment, and amenities.

Facilities, equipment, and amenities include all items that are used, provided, and available at Harderwold, such as swimming pools, saunas, sports and recreational facilities, and both organized and unorganized activities taking place at Harderwold.
