Inventory
If you notice any defects upon arrival at the property, we recommend reporting them on the day of arrival (within 2 hours) via info@stouthartbeheer.nl, specifying the villa number:

Smoking is prohibited in the villa or apartment you have rented
If this rule is not followed, the entire security deposit will be forfeited.

Large Groups
Larger groups are more likely to disturb the neighbors. We ask that you take this into account to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.

Quiet Hours at the Park
We ask that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If noise disturbances are observed, the manager may address this with you and has the authority to evict the tenant if the disturbance continues.

For villas with a spa: We ask that you refrain from using the spa between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to avoid disturbing nearby residents.

Dogs on a Leash
Please bring dog waste bags to clean up after your dog

Parking
You may park a maximum of 2 cars at the villa you have rented.
If you arrive with more than two cars, please park them in the parking lot near our reception building.

On the day of departure, the villa must be left swept clean, which means the following:

● All dishes must be washed and returned to the cabinets
● Trash bags must be placed in the underground containers located at the entrance to the park and in the designated areas shown on the map
● Duvets and blankets should be folded and placed at the foot of the bed
● Used linens and towels should be placed in the hallway; leave the mattress protectors on the mattresses and the pillowcases on the
pillows
● All food items removed from the refrigerator and freezer
● Sweep the floor
● Patio furniture is back in its place; bring garden chair cushions and umbrellas inside
● Set the central heating to 19 degrees
● If there is a barbecue, leave the grill clean

Feeding
Feeding the ducks at the Harderwold Villa Resort sounds quite innocent and is often done with the best of intentions. The only downside is that the resort is surrounded by nature, and many other animals also enjoy this food. To keep the animals in the woods and off the resort grounds, we’d like to remind you that feeding ducks (or other animals) is not allowed.

Fireworks
The Harderwold Villa Resort is a fireworks-free zone. This means that fireworks may not be set off at any time of the year. If this is observed, we have the authority to impose fines and are compelled to terminate the rental period.

Weekly Cleaning
Our cleaning team will come to clean your villa every week if you’re staying longer than three weeks. There is a charge for this service.

Bringing Dogs
You may bring your dog(s) with you during your stay. Some villas allow a maximum of 2 dogs. Would you like to know if the villa you booked allows pets? Please contact us at info@harderwoldvillaresort.nl. Please note: an additional service fee of €30 per dog will be charged.

If these rules are not followed, any additional costs incurred as a result may be deducted from your security deposit.
