As a Cleaning Supervisor at our Resort, you’re guaranteed meaningful work. You’ll be provided with everything you need to do your job well. With your positive attitude, you’ll turn every client location into a success. This is a part-time position, and you’ll be working for our clients at the Resort and Golf Course in Zeewolde.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Together with two colleagues, you’ll manage staff, provide guidance, and monitor the quality and progress of their work;
You will evaluate new employees and mentor them during their probationary period;
You’ll ensure that the work is carried out in the best possible way, according to a set schedule, and with the highest quality as the result;
You’ll participate in the cleaning at this location;
You’ll participate in job interviews and ensure new team members receive a thorough orientation;
You are the first point of contact for other employees and customers/guests at the Resort. You are able to communicate effectively with people at both levels.

In addition:

A gross monthly salary of €2,390.00 (depending on work experience and based on full-time employment of 38 hours per week) (Part-time 24 hours: approx. €1,509.99 gross per month)
A 1-year contract for 24 hours per week.
The average workweek is 24 hours. The employee works on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays to handle check-ins and check-outs for our rental villas;
Work hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.;
A company car is available on the premises;
An 8% vacation allowance and 120 vacation hours for part-time employment at the specified hours. Vacation hours are also accrued for additional hours worked, at a rate of 10.59% per hour worked;
The employee must participate in the recreation industry’s pension plan, which is administered by the Stichting Pensioenfonds Recreatie, unless the company where the employee is employed has been granted an exemption from participation in the pension plan by the board of the Pensioenfonds Recreatie. Why Stouthart Management and Rentals?

On January 1, 2022, we began operations at Harderwold Villa Resort (www.harderwoldvillaresort.nl), where our primary responsibility is the day-to-day management of the growing resort and the adjacent golf course. We therefore offer our services to various clients, namely:

Park owner;
Owners of the villas available for rent (approx. 60 units);
Villa Owners’ Association (approx. 180 villas);
Association of owners of the rental apartments (29 units);

As of January 1, 2024, we will also be operating the adjacent golf course (www.harderwold.nl) with a driving range.
Cleaning of common areas.

A large part of our work involves the rental of villas and apartments, which are rented out by Belvilla/SBV on behalf of the owners. We provide support in this regard with cleaning, technical matters, check-in and check-out, etc. We also perform various cleaning tasks commissioned by the owners.

Here’s what we’re looking for in you:

You have an open and direct, coaching, and motivational work style. You enjoy working with and among people, and you have a good rapport with our team,
You’re innovative, customer-focused, a strong communicator, solution-oriented, and demonstrate personal leadership in everything you do,
You have a flexible attitude and are available to your colleagues throughout the day,
You preferably live in the Zeewolde area and hold a Class B driver’s license,
An affinity for German and/or English is a plus.
